“AITRA” is currently used as a trademark and may be registered in one or more jurisdictions. Nothing in these Terms grants any ownership or trademark rights to users, Founding Partners, or third parties.

Use of the AITRA name, brand, or platform is permitted only within the scope expressly authorised by Central Command.

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the AITRA platform, website, and Founding Partner program (“AITRA”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing this website, engaging with AITRA, or applying for the Founding Partner program, you agree to these Terms.

Founding Partners operate independently and are solely responsible for:
• their business decisions
• client relationships
• pricing, contracts, compliance, and outcomes

They are not guarantees of performance or income.

3. Founding Partner Program

The Founding Partner program:
• is not a franchise
• is not a resale or licensing arrangement

• limit the number of Founding Partners
• impose fair-use controls
• modify or discontinue the program at its discretion

Participation is subject to acceptance and ongoing compliance with AITRA’s operational guidelines.

Platform access is provided under a fair-use policy designed to support commercial success while protecting system integrity.

If usage materially exceeds agreed parameters, AITRA may:
• require a capacity upgrade
• apply additional charges

AITRA will not throttle performance without notice but reserves the right to protect platform stability.
